With over 32 years of experience in the banking industry, Mr. Shah has established himself as a prominent figure in Nepal’s financial sector. He has held key leadership positions, including serving as the former CEO of Nabil Bank and Mega Bank Nepal Ltd.

With a solid foundation in audit, consultancy, insurance, and banking, Mr. Basnet brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

Mr. Sammar Bahadur Singh is a highly respected expert in the field of land reforms, property management, and asset valuation with a distinguished career spanning several decades. His expertise, leadership, and contributions have significantly impacted the governance and management of land and property resources in Nepal.

Mr. Raju Nepal is a seasoned banker with an impressive career spanning over 23 years across various commercial banks and other notable organizations.

FCA Kabi Raj Adhikari brings extensive expertise and experience in the field of banking, coupled with a strong educational background and a track record of designing and delivering training programs. With over 20 years of experience in banking, including his tenure as the former Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd

Rupesh Shrestha, founder and lead trainer of Rupantar International, is a highly skilled professional trainer. He has been working as a trainer for more than 15 years and provided training to professionals, amateurs and learners at many conferences and business locations across the country.

Shrestha is trainer and coach for Personal Development and Behavioural Skills. Shrestha is specifically known for his exciting and game changer programs on Leadership, Communication, Public Speaking and many others. Shrestha is Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and self-learned Appreciative Inquiry (AI) Practitioner.

He is Chairperson of Psychology Commission at Nepal Olympic Committee and the National Representative of Nepal to Asian South-Pacific Association of Sport Psychology (ASPASP).

Arun Raut is a distinguished Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience and expertise in various domains of accounting, finance, and taxation. His professional journey is marked by significant accomplishments and contributions to the accounting profession and business community in Nepal.

Umang Jung Thapa is a certified Corporate Trainer (TOT certified) involved in training Banking professionals on Marketing, Customer Service, Effective Business Communications and other Soft Skills. Trainer has trained over 1000 participants for over 25 commercial banks since 2010 with excellent feedback on training effectiveness and ability to address the training needs. Trainer brings in over 8 years of corporate experience having worked with both multinational and national level banks namely Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Ltd (SCBNL) and Laxmi Bank Ltd (LXBL) as Business Development Manager, Relationship Manager and Corporate Communication Manager between 2002 and 2010.

Trainer has also been working as Freelance Consultant since 2010 giving holistic business advice on to business enterprise and social enterprises. Academically Trainer holds a MBA in International Marketing from City of London College, UK. Trainer is also certified by AHLA (American Hotel and Lodging Association), USA as an Educator for Marketing in Hospitality Industry.
